Does drinking enough help me drain?

Water makes up 60% of our body and is constantly being eliminated (through urine, perspiration, etc.). So it's important to drink plenty of fluids to replenish body water. Excess water is effectively eliminated through the urine, enabling the body to evacuate waste products. Among other things, water dilutes waste in the kidneys, thus preventing the formation of urinary calculi and urinary tract infections.
