Screen addiction

Adolescence is a period of great change for the individual, characterized by a desire for emancipation from parents, a quest for integration, a new identity and new experiences. From adolescence onwards, the risk of addiction to content increases, as new subjects are explored. This is why this period is susceptible to additive behavior. However, adults are just as concerned by screen addiction as teenagers, as they are no longer "supervised" by their parents. Finally, it's important to remember that it's not the use of screens as such that's problematic, but the excessive use of their content: social networks, video games... which have become the preferred pastimes of the younger generation, who have grown up with them.mdr
