Health crisis

Faced with the stress of a health crisis or the boredom of confinement, you may be tempted to start smoking again. To combat these cravings, it's vital to look after your mental health. The WHO recommends creating as complete a daily routine as possible and keeping your mind occupied with positive thoughts and activities, as well as getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet. Don't hesitate to ask those close to you for help in fighting your cravings. And if an episode of craving does occur, do something immediately like stretching, taking a shower, calling a friend etc. to distract yourself and make the craving pass.
