Can I quit smoking but continue to use cannabis?

Other addictions

If you smoke both cigarettes and cannabis, it's advisable to quit both at the same time. This is because smoking one substance is likely to encourage smoking of the other. In particular, consumption of cannabis implies consumption of tobacco (joints combine the two products), so nicotine dependence and the habit of smoking are maintained.
