Les coups de pouce de Bruno and Enfance Adolescence et Diabète receive awards at the 4th Prevent2Care Tour in Toulouse
The two associations were each awarded a €5,000 grant for their very concrete preventive health actions, in close touch with the needs of the population in their region.
This endowment will enable the association Les coups de pouce de Bruno to finance its services to help sick children, and the association Enfance Adolescence & Diabète to develop its "Diab'Compagnie" program.
The Ramsay Santé Corporate Foundation team is convinced of the value of this tour of preventive healthcare in the regions, organized in partnership with the Pfizer Innovation France endowment fund and INCO.
It highlights the commitment of inspiring associations at the heart of their territories.
Next Prevent2Care Tour dates:
The association Bruno's thumbs up helps seriously ill or handicapped children and their families, by giving them a helping hand in a variety of ways: financial, moral (discussion groups led by professionals), administrative and physical (when moving house or providing childcare).
The association also focuses on well-being (body sculpting, hair styling, etc.).
She is developing a number of innovative projects linked to preventive health care, with brief therapy sessions and follow-up sessions in hypnosis, NLP and EMDR for all children and their families.
The association Enfance Adolescence & Diabète aims to educate children with type 1 diabetes and support their families and carers.
Enfance, Adolescence & Diabète trains and informs healthcare professionals and the general public to help children acquire autonomy in managing their diabetes.
The aim of its "La Diab'compagnie" project is to create individualized healthcare paths for these young people, particularly those in fragile situations. This is achieved by setting up a mobile multi-professional team to be in the young people's usual living conditions, and through 2 programs: the first focusing on training and support, and the second on day-to-day difficulties and solutions.
