Hugo Martinez

Hugo Martinez holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Social Networks and a Master 1 in Event Marketing and Public Relations. He is currently studying for a Master 2 in Political Communication, Lobbying and Influential Media at HEIP Lyon, as part of a work-study program with Syntagme, communication et influence in Lyon.

In 2018, he created theAssociation HUGO! against harassment in schools, colleges and high schools, drawing on his personal experience of over twelve years.

In the summer of 2019, the Association contributed, after several months of raising awareness among French parliamentarians, to enshrining in French law the definition of school harassment and the right for all children in France to attend school without harassment.
