Eric Debarbieux

Eric Debarbieux is Professor Emeritus at theUniversité Paris Est Créteil.

He is known for his work on school violence and school climate.

Eric Debardieux has held a number of national and international positions, including Ministerial Delegate in charge of these issues (2012-2015), Chairman of the European Observatory on Violence in Schools (since 1998) and Chairman of the International Observatory (from 2004 to 2012).

In particular, he directed the Assises nationales contre le harcèlement à l'école (2011).
