Biography of Virginie Sassoon

Virginie Sassoon, Deputy Director of CLEMI

Virginie Sassoon is deputy director of the Centre pour l'Éducation aux médias et à l'information, a department of Réseau Canopé - an operator of the French Ministry of Education. 

It initiates actions to promote media and information literacy throughout the educational community. 

With a doctorate in information and communication sciences, she has taught at the Institut Français de Presse - Université Panthéon Assas-Paris II and at CELSA.
