Pascal Roché, Chairman Ramsay Sante Foundation, CEO Ramsay Santé

Pascal Roché is a graduate of HEC, holds a Master's degree in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and a DEA in Economics and Organizational Strategy (Paris Dauphine), and is an IAF actuary. He began his career in strategy consulting, before moving to the insurance sector in 1991 with the UAP Group (now AXA France), for which he was responsible for several operational departments. In 2000, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Axa France Services, then Director of Central Functions for Axa France. In 2002, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Barclays Banking Group for France, then Chairman and CEO of Barclays Spain in 2010. He joined Ramsay Générale de Santé on June 30, 2011 as Chief Executive Officer.
