A recognized expert in the world of healthcare, Cédric Arcos is currently Deputy General Manager of the Ile-de-France Regional Council, more specifically in charge of sports, healthcare, solidarity and modernization policies.

A lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, he helped design and implement key hospital reforms as Deputy General Delegate of the French Hospital Federation (FHF) and Director within the General Management of the Lyon University Hospital Center. Cédric ARCOS is an active participant in the public debate on the transformation of the healthcare system.

He is the author of several articles and books, notably on the role of territories in healthcare, hospital reform and managerial ethics.

Highly involved on the European and international scene, he was appointed by the Danish government to act as Ambassador for its healthcare system in France, and represents France on the International Hospital Federation. He is a graduate of Sciences Po, the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique (EHESP) and the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale (IHEDN).

In 2019, he joined the Choiseul Institute's prestigious ranking of the "100 economic leaders of tomorrow".
