Axel Dauchez
Axel Dauchez started out in marketing at Procter & Gamble and quickly focused on media and digital.
In 1995, he took over as head of consumer marketing at Cocktel-Sierra-Blizzard, the world leader in educational PC games and software. Here he launched the first online pay services.
In 1998, he became Chairman of France's first digital agency, BDDP & Tequila interactive. In 2010, he became CEO of Deezer. In just 4 years, the company has become a world leader in streaming, with over 5M subscribers in more than 180 countries.
In 2014, he became President of Publicis France. In particular, he piloted the first edition of Viva Technology, the world's first event dedicated to collaboration between start-ups and major corporations.
He then founded Make.org, the first independent European platform for mobilizing civil society (citizens, associations, companies, institutions, local authorities, media...) in actions of general interest and in the transformation of society. Axel Dauchez is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique.
