With teleworking, I spend a lot of time in front of screens. Am I addicted?

Screen addiction is not defined in terms of the number of hours spent in front of screens, but in terms of the appearance of addictive behaviors (an irrepressible need to be on screens, a lack of interest in anything that doesn't involve screens, giving up real life in favor of virtual life...). The hours you spend in front of your computer while teleworking have no bearing on pathological screen use.
