Sleep disorders

Sleep disorders can have a number of neurological consequences, notably on mood regulation and stress management. They can also lead to concentration difficulties and possible memory lapses. If these problems persist, they can also increase your risk of developing more serious neurological conditions, such as stroke or dementia.
If you experience persistent sleep problems, don't hesitate to consult your doctor.
